HERE’S WHAT’S INCLUDED
4 TRAINING SESSIONS
These training sessions are time and designed to be completed in about 30-40 minutes.
You will need a yoga mat, jump rope, a pair of dumbbells and some bands.
You can switch these sessions in the app’s calendar to days that align more with your shedule.
SAMPLE MEAL PLAN
You will have access to a sample meal plan that will include a grocery list and recipes.
You can sync the app to your MyFitnessPal account. You’ll then be able to track your meals and I can monitor what you’re eating and give you tips and pointers to help you on your fitness journey.
COACHING CALL
You have access to me during the week to ask questions through the app’s messenger, but we’ll also set up a time to talk about how you’re doing, what your goals are and how to get you there.
HABIT & ACCOUNT ABILITY COACHING
Do you have the things that you struggle with and needs some accountability? I’ll ask you what some of those are and help you get you to a point where you’ve overcome those struggles. Let’s start with 3 habits and build from there.
