Each class has a unique theme. You’ll know at the beginning of the hour what the workout of the day is going to be. I offer modifications to each movement so that everyone will be included and challenged. Join my free Facebook Group to get added support, weekly tips, recipes and workout videos.
Metabolic Conditioning is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that uses a specific selection of exercises in strategic combinations of work and rest. The goal of this group training is to burn more calories than your typical cardio workout and help you continue burning calories after the session is over.
These sessions are designed to not only build overall fitness, and get you lean and strong, but it uniquely conditions the metabolism and energy systems of the body to perform better.

FAQ
How long is each class?
My class is usually no longer than 30 – 40 minutes including the warm-up and cool-down.
How many people are there per class?
Each class will have no more than 10 participants to allow for more personal attention.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
No. Each training session is planned for a more intimate class size, so ticket purchases are not available on the day of the class.
Do you accommodate all fitness levels?
Yes. Exercise modifications are provided as needed.
