Everyone wants to be fit and healthy but throw all caution to the wind when the Holiday season comes up.
Are you one of those that say, “I can’t be on a diet during the holidays?”
Do you have to have cake, pies, egg nog or whatever your holiday treat is everyday of the holiday season?
Learn how you can still lose weight without sacrificing your favorite foods during the holiday season.
Let’s think about this for a minute. The holiday season roughly consists of 75 days. (15 days for Halloween, November and December).
In that time you’ll probably go to 1 Halloween Costume Party, 1 Friendsgiving, your family Thanksgiving dinner, 2 holiday parties, your family Christmas dinner and a New Years Eve celebration, so in total about 7 opportunities to really enjoy yourself.
That’s only 7 days . Seven days will not … I repeat “WILL NOT” ruin your progress. You have 68 other days where you can follow a sound training and nutrition plan.
I know I have and will enjoy myself when I go to my events. You should too. Don’t deny yourself, but …
What is the key to not letting those 7 days derail your fitness journey?
What is it that I do and you should do as well in the 30 or so days we have left in 2019?
- Do not let those 7 days turn into 10, 15, 20 or more days of snacking on holiday treats and eating leftovers AND/OR Neglecting your training.
- Have a success plan for you weight journey to help you get through the holiday season.
- Join a group to hold you accountable
- Hire a coach to help you get and stay on your weight loss journey.
