For New Clients Only!
Want to see what training with us is like? Try a FREE Personal Virtual Training Session with us. All you’ll need for this session is you, a towel, and some water and maybe a yoga mat. That’s it. The training session will be about 30 minutes and then we’ll take a little bit of time to see where you are with your fitness and where you want to be and then determine if we can put together a plan that works for you.
The High Octane Protocol
An Intensive 12 – Week Body Transformation Program
This is a 12 – Week Intensive program designed to get you maximum results quickly.

2-Membership to the private High Octane Protocol VIP Accountability and Support Group
3-12 Weekly Live Classes on topics like sleep, nutrition, distressing, food addiction
4-Monthly Nutrition Coaching Call
5-A Training Plan that includes resistance, interval and mobility training
6-A Daily Health and Fitness Score Card
7-Email or Text Support

These sessions are 1-on-1, meaning you and I will be the only ones on the video call.
You will get the extra push and motivation as if you were in the gym.
Join from anywhere. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world.
No equipment is needed, but to supercharge your results, I recommend getting a jump rope and either dumbbells or weighted bands.
Single sessions include one virtual training session only. Twelve (3/week), 16 (4/week), and 20 (4/week over 5 weeks) session packages also include a general meal guide with grocery list and 1 free hour of nutrition coaching to be completed before training starts.
Each Virtual training session is 45 minutes long.
